The contest begins September 11th, 2006, and ends at midnight (EST) on October 16th, 2006.

When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced around November 1st, 2006.

May I enter the contest more than once?
Each person may only enter once.

How old must I be to enter the contest?
You must be 18 or older to enter.

I share an email address with someone else who already entered the contest. When I tried to enter, I received an error message stating that an account tied to my email address already existed. How can I enter, too?
If you share an email address with another person, only one of you will be able to enter the contest using that email address. You will need to create another email address if you both want to enter the contest.

My entry was denied. What should I do?
You should have received an email stating why your entry was denied. Common reasons include: photo contains a visible license plate; photo and/or story contain objectionable content; content of entry is irrelevant to contest. You may revise and re-submit your entry-just make sure that you re-submit before the deadline passes at midnight (EST), October 16th, 2006.

I do not live in the United States; may I enter the contest?
We are sorry, the contest is only open to residents of the United States, though we appreciate your interest.

I accidentally submitted my entry before I was finished. What should I do?
Once an entry has been submitted, it is final, and cannot be changed. Please make sure that your entry is completed to your satisfaction before you hit the "Submit" button. You can always save your entry and return to it at a later time, if you desire.

My photos won't upload. What could be wrong?
Your photos may be too large. Make sure the photos you are uploading are no larger than 2 MB. If your photos are under 2 MB each but still won't upload, they may be in the wrong format. Make sure your photos are in JPEG format.

I never received an email after I submitted my entry. What could be wrong?
Make sure that you registered your account with a valid email address. If you registered with an invalid email address, fill out the contact form and notify our support team of your problem. If you registered with a valid email address and don't receive an email within 12 hours, check your default spam mail folder; some email clients may incorrectly identify automated messages as spam.

Do website ratings impact the contest results?
See the Official Rules for complete details. Website ratings will not directly decide the outcome of the contest. However, judges may consider user ratings in their decision.
